3 This home is in decline. If you would like easy entry to the beach, but Do not mind an aged Red Roof Inn feel, that is what you'll get here.
It wasn't dirty, it absolutely was well stored, and once again the location was fantastic. It could really profit from a dishwasher when they remodel the kitchen. The fridge was fantastic, no troubles (I had noticed concerns noted in other reviews). Matthew Posted: five/ten/2024

Thank you for your feedback. Without a doubt this house is usually a basic beach house and if you are expecting more this isn't the place for yourself. As for the outdoor spigot, without going into a lot of details allows just say that it is within the works to become addressed.
We arrived as Claudette was leaving, so it rained most with the time we were being there. Port St. Joe doesn’t have a lot to accomplish in the rain, so cannabis-community make a backup plan just in case.
I loved that there had been two bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO great for adults who would like to travel collectively. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not lease it again or endorse it to a colleague.
4 The owner replaced the fridge considering that our last stay 2 years back, which was needed. I feel that the home owner needs to address two or three concerns. The main complaint that I have with the residence will be the sliding glass doorways. Most, Otherwise all, of them really need to get replaced. The doorway which is used the most (from the dwelling/kitchen area area to the rear deck) is extremely hard to open.
From the outside, the home looks a little “operate down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks from the neighboring properties, they would be well away from our price variety. The interior photos were accurate and everything worked fine.

Liked our stay and loved the beach! The house matched the description as did the pictures. We relished viewing the nearby communities of the “Neglected Coast”.
